Did you know that the Frederick County Humane Society provides the following services?

Low Cost Rabies and Microchip Clinics -- quarterly.
$6 per rabies shot, $25 per microchip, including registration in a nationwide database

Subsidized Spay/Neuter programs -- Pet Overpopulation Prevention (POP)
available year-round for low-income Frederick county residents.

Quick Fix for Cats, held every February.

Pet Bereavement Counseling -- every other month, led by professional Grief Counselors. No charge.

Dog Obedience Training Classes: six-week classes start every eight weeks.

Food Bank: Dog, cat and small animal food for low income residents

Animal Adoption: Through our Homeward Bound Foster Care and Adoption Program

FCHS Boutique: Gentle Leader halters, SENSE-ation Harnesses, Martingale collars, Rescue and Spay/Neuter Magnets, Travel Water Bowls, toys and FCHS tee shirts.
